1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Learnloopz (“the Platform”), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily access and use Learnloopz for personal, non-commercial educational purposes. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose
• Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on Learnloopz
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
• Transfer the materials to another person or “mirror” the materials on any other server

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

4. Fair Play Policy

Learnloopz is built on fair competition. Users found engaging in the following activities will have their accounts suspended or terminated:

• Using bots, scripts, or automated tools to answer questions
• Colluding with other players to manipulate rankings
• Creating multiple accounts to gain unfair advantage
• Sharing answers or solutions during live battles

5. Content Ownership

All questions, explanations, and educational content on the Platform are owned by Learnloopz or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without explicit permission.

6. Premium Subscription

Premium subscriptions are billed monthly and automatically renew unless cancelled. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Refunds are provided on a case-by-case basis within 7 days of purchase.

7. Limitation of Liability

Learnloopz is an educational tool and does not guarantee exam success. In no event shall Learnloopz or its suppliers be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on the Platform.

8. Modifications

Learnloopz may revise these terms of service at any time without notice. By using this Platform you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of service.
